Motherhood places a great deal of pressure on the body and by keeping ourselves healthy and strong we can better deal with these pressures.
Mothers are welcome to bring their babies along with them, upto the crawling stage!
Come along on your own for a private class or bring along a friend for a semiprivate class.
Pre natal clinets may commence Pilates Classes after 12 weeks gestation.
Post natal clients clients are able to commence Pilates Classes after the 6 week check(for a normal delivery) and after 10 weeks for a caesarean birth.
